Guillermo G. Morales

Guillermo G. Morales López was born in 1984 in Barcelona, Spain. Father of two children, Guillermo Gisleno Morales Guzman and Nicolas Alberto Morales Guzman.

A Spanish businessman and investor, Morales is the founder and Executive Chairman of Clout Holdings Corporation—DBA Clout Capital, a privately-owned investment group headquartered in Miami, Florida. Clout Capital is focused on three strategic market sectors:

By the age of 27, Morales incorporated his first regulated fund in Luxembourg, targeting high growth tech investments across Europe. He has invested in tech companies located in the United Kingdom, Spain, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, including Optimitive, which provides industrial optimization through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Morales has also invested in WEAREBEEM, a Human Resources tech company and a global leader in enterprise employee solutions.

Previously, Morales was co-founder of SeMarket, established in Barcelona as a tech incubator in the field of biometric technologies, PKI, and identity management. Specialized to ensure the identity of individuals and organizations, SeMarket was the first company working in research and development in Biometrics in Spain. 

Furthermore, SeMarket was a founding partner of Safelayer, a leading Spanish electronic signature PKI company, which was sold to Entrust Corporation in 2018. The incubator has invested in seven different startups.

Early Career

During his sophomore year at university, Morales was the founding partner of GLAC Point Solutions, a company based in Barcelona that provided an engine software that allowed inexperienced users to build websites. 

In the spring of his junior year at university, Morales launched a new venture, “Ready People,” which specialized in location-based services for social networks with mobile operator clients including Retevision, Amena, Orange, and France Telecom.
